1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between bouncingball ("we", "us", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "Member"). These Terms apply to the use of the https://bouncingball.ws website and all associated mobile applications.

Bouncingball reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will send a notice to your registered email address.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — All associated services including the bouncingball.ws website and mobile app.
• "Member" — a person who has registered a valid account with bouncingball.
• "Bet" — A fixed-stake wager placed on the outcome of an event.
• "Bonus Funds" — funds granted for promotional purposes that cannot be withdrawn directly.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited by the member.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with bouncingball, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must not already have an active account with bouncingball.
• You are registering for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or family. Any attempt to open more than one account will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related bonuses. Multiple accounts accessed from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bouncingball may request the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete. Providing false or fraudulent documents may result in legal action.

2.4 Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@bouncingball.ws.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

To make a deposit on bouncingball, your account must be fully verified. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking, and debit/credit cards from major banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for investigation in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

3.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or payment gateway error, funds are returned automatically. If the refund does not appear within 48 hours, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 72 hours of registration. The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from bonus funds, you must wager 10x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bouncingball has a strict policy against bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Using multiple accounts for the same bonus promotion.
• Attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Transferring or exchanging bonus funds with another person.
• Deliberately altering account details to take advantage of promotional offers.

If bonus abuse is confirmed, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

A bet is only valid once a confirmation is received from the system. If no confirmation is received due to a lost internet connection, the bet will be considered unregistered. Always check your bet history to confirm your bets.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

Bouncingball may void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed before its scheduled start time.
• Incorrect odds displayed as a result of a technical system error.
• If there is an obvious error in a score or result.
• If evidence of match fixing or unfair advantage is found.

5.3 Live Betting Special Rules

In live betting, odds change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and when it is registered in the system, whether the bet is accepted at the new odds will be determined by your betting preference settings.

5.4 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳50,00,000. Separate limits apply to combined bets (parlays/accumulators). bouncingball reserves the right to set a maximum bet amount for any member.

6Responsible Betting Policy

Bouncingball is deeply committed to responsible betting. We want our platform to be a source of entertainment, not addiction. To that end, we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum stake amount for each bet.
• Time-Out: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent account closure.
• Reality Check: Get reminders at regular intervals showing how long you have been playing.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Bouncingball may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• If any part of these terms is violated.
• If fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is suspected.
• In the event of account hacking or a security threat.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.

You may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@bouncingball.ws. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before closure.

8Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Payment information is always stored in encrypted form.
• Information may be disclosed in response to a valid request from legal authorities.

9Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact us first at support@bouncingball.ws. Our team will respond within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to our management team.

Bouncingball's decisions shall be considered final. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

10Disclaimers & Limitations

Bouncingball is not responsible for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Any loss caused by software or hardware issues on your device.
• Delays or failures on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the real money balance available in your account.
